It all started from here!Bon Village is nestled in the deep jungle of Bali, a 3 hour-bumpy & crazy ride away from the center of Bali.It’s a simple village where most residnets are coffee farmers.Pak Selamat, the 4th generation coffee farmer himself, is our guy for this farm where we only do full wash process using homemade enzyme made from local fruits and holy water running through the farm, in order to enhance the beans’ fermentation. Bali is an island of gods…people believe in lives within all beings and bless them with holy water chosen by Hindu high priest.
